Indulge in these delightful Chocolate Raspberry Cups, a guilt-free dessert combining rich dark chocolate and fresh raspberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Sea salt (for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
  2. Line a muffin tin with mini cupcake liners, making sure you have your workspace organized and ready to go.
  3. Spoon a layer of the melted chocolate into each liner, filling them about 1/3 full.
  4. Add 2-3 fresh raspberries on top of the chocolate in each cup.
  5. Pour additional melted chocolate over the raspberries until the cups are generously filled.
  6. Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top of each cup and sprinkle a pinch of sea salt.
  7. Refrigerate the cups for at least 30 minutes to set.
  8. Gently remove from liners and serve chilled.
