Indulge in these creamy and light no-bake cheesecake bites with a delightful Oreo crust.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. tub low-fat cool whip
  • 24 Oreo thins

Instructions

  1. Place 12 paper cupcake liners into a muffin tin.
  2. Add one Oreo thin to each liner and set aside.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer.
  4. Add salt, vanilla, and Greek yogurt; beat until well combined.
  5. Pour in the remaining 12 crushed Oreos and beat until mixed well.
  6. Fold in thawed cool whip until combined.
  7. Scoop the cream cheese mixture into each liner and top with crushed Oreos, if desired.
  8. Freeze for 3 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
