A delicious, guilt-free version of traditional burgers made with ground turkey, packed with flavor and perfect for summer barbecues.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and parsley in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the ingredients until just incorporated.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  6. Assemble the cooked patties on burger buns with lettuce, tomato, and other toppings.

Notes

Be careful not to overmix the ingredients to keep the burgers tender. Experiment with different spices to suit your taste.
