  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually blend this into the creamed mixture.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden and centers look soft.
  7. Immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss onto the center of each cookie.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool slightly before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze them for up to 3 months.
