A creamy and nutritious avocado egg salad that combines rich avocados with hard-boiled eggs, making it a perfect healthy dish for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
