A delicious and nutritious breakfast wrap packed with protein from cottage cheese and healthy fats from avocado, all wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup spinach or mixed greens
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: tomatoes, salsa, or hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean plate.
  2. Spread the cottage cheese evenly across the tortilla.
  3. Layer the sliced avocado on top of the cottage cheese.
  4. Add the spinach or mixed greens right on top.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
  7. Cut the wrap in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding diced tomatoes, or a splash of hot sauce. Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for up to 2 days.
