A crispy flatbread loaded with tangy buffalo chicken, topped with melty cheese, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces flatbread
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional)
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  3. Prepare a baking sheet and place flatbread on it.
  4. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
  5. Add shredded cheese on top of the chicken.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and drizzle with ranch dressing if using.
  8. Slice into pieces and serve warm.

Notes

Use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken to save time. Experiment with buffalo sauce for different spice levels.
