  • 2 cups mixed veggies (spinach, bell peppers, broccoli, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk the eggs until fluffy and season with salt, pepper, and your preferred spices.
  3. Cook your choice of protein until fully cooked in a skillet.
  4. Sauté mixed veggies with the protein until soft.
