A healthier yet indulgent treat combining creamy Greek yogurt and nutty peanut butter, coated in chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup powdered peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup in a medium bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fill silicone molds or an ice cube tray with the mixture, packing it gently.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in short bursts, stirring until glossy.
  4. Freeze the initial bites for about an hour until firm.
  5. Coat each frozen bite in the melted chocolate and return them to the freezer for another 30 minutes to harden.

Notes

Store leftover bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two months. Allow to sit at room temperature for a few moments before enjoying for extra creaminess.
