A wholesome and nutritious baked pasta dish packed with protein, cheesy goodness, and hearty flavors, perfect for sharing with loved ones.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (whole wheat or protein-rich)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded chicken or turkey
  • 1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked pasta, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, chicken or turkey, spinach, marinara sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
