  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Optional toppings (such as sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or everything bagel seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Combine dry ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add Greek yogurt: Add the Greek yogurt to your dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough: Knead the dough on a floured surface for a minute until smooth.
  4. Shape the bagels: Divide the dough into smaller pieces and shape each piece into a bagel by forming a ring.
  5. Preheat the air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Brush and top: Place the bagels in the air fryer basket, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle optional toppings on top.
  7. Air fry the bagels: Air fry for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool before serving: Let them cool before serving.

Notes

Make sure to measure your flour correctly. Adding a slice of bread in the container can help keep them soft for longer.
