Delicious and easy homemade granola bars packed with wholesome ingredients, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, etc.)
  • 1 cup mix-ins (nuts, seeds, dried fruit, chocolate chips)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, nut butter, vanilla extract, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in your favorite mix-ins until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press down firmly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

Store granola bars in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for 3 months.
