  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup chicken gravy
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Sear the chicken on both sides for about 5-6 minutes until they’re beautifully golden brown.
  4. Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Prepare your mashed potatoes using your preferred method.
  6. Warm the chicken gravy until heated through.
