A delightful fusion of flavors with juicy chicken, pasta, and a luscious honey garlic sauce, perfect for any weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz spaghetti or pasta of your choice
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the bite-sized chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl.
  4. Pour the honey-garlic sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  6. Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the chicken and sauce, tossing to coat.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
