A quick and easy dish featuring shrimp coated in a sticky honey garlic sauce that bursts with sweet and savory flavors.

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the honey garlic mixture over the shrimp and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Best served over jasmine rice or tossed with stir-fried vegetables. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
