Instructions

  1. Create the Marinade: In a bowl, combine honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create a flavorful marinade.
  2. Season the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Sear the Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the marinated chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side.
