Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
  2. Add Chicken to Marinade: Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
  3. Marinate for Maximum Flavor: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or better yet, let it sit overnight.
  4. Preheat the Oven: When you’re ready to cook, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Arrange Chicken on Baking Sheet: Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake to Perfection: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve hot.

Notes

For the best flavor, marinate the chicken overnight if you have time. Keep an eye on your chicken to prevent overcooking.
