A delicious and easy recipe for Honey Sriracha Chicken that combines sweet and spicy flavors in a sticky glaze.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Whisk the marinade together: In a bowl, mix honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Coat the chicken: Add the chicken to the marinade, ensuring it’s fully coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange the chicken: Arrange the marinated chicken in a baking dish and pour any remaining marinade over it.
  5. Bake to perfection: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and caramelized.
  6. Garnish and serve: Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

For deeper flavor, let the chicken marinate longer—up to overnight if possible. It can be served with fluffy rice or quinoa.
