Delicious hot ham and cheese sliders that are perfect for gatherings, game days, and late-night cravings.

Ingredients

  • 12 small rolls (sliders)
  • 12 slices of ham
  • 12 slices of cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the small rolls in half and lay the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the sliced ham and cheese on the bottom halves of the rolls.
  4. Combine melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  5. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the roll halves.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on the sliders.
  7. Transfer the baking dish to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Experiment with different cheeses and add jalapeños for an extra kick. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
