A handheld breakfast treat filled with fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy hash browns, and melted cheese, perfect for busy mornings.

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 slices cooked bacon or sausage
  • 1 cup hash browns
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup salsa
  • Fresh vegetables (optional, like tomatoes or spinach)

Instructions

  1. Scramble the eggs in a skillet over medium heat until fluffy and set aside.
  2. Layer the filling on a tortilla with a spoonful of scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, bacon or sausage, hash browns, sour cream, and any fresh veggies.
  3. Fold the tortilla edges towards the center to create a pocket.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the crunchwrap seam-side down.
  5. Cook until golden and crispy, then flip and repeat on the other side.
  6. Serve hot with salsa for dipping.
