A creamy and spicy dip featuring jalapenos, ideal for gatherings and game days.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped jalapenos (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits (optional)
  • Tortilla chips or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
  3. Stir in the chopped jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and bacon bits (if using).
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.

Notes

Can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the fridge. Adjust heat levels with jalapenos as desired.
