A warm, creamy dip that combines rich cheeses with jalapenos for a spicy kick, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapenos (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, mozzarella, mayonnaise, and diced jalapenos.
  3. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.

Notes

For a milder dip, use pickled jalapenos or remove the seeds from fresh jalapenos. Prepare in advance and store in the fridge until ready to bake.
