A simple and flavorful recipe for juicy baked chicken breasts, perfect for weeknight dinners or family gatherings.

  • 2 pieces chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, and lemon juice in a small bowl until well-combined.
  4. Brush the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of each chicken breast.
  5. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
  7. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
