A delicious Southern dessert pie with a chewy texture, filled with chocolate chips, pecans, and sweetened coconut, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, coconut, pecans, and chocolate chips.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs until fluffy, then add sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased pie dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and lightly golden.
  7. Allow the pie to cool before slicing and serving.

Notes
