Delicious and nutritious egg bites that are perfect for a quick breakfast. These keto-friendly bites are packed with flavor and healthy ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon or sausage (optional)
  • 1/2 cup diced vegetables (spinach, mushrooms, peppers)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheese, cooked bacon or sausage, and diced vegetables.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.
  7. Let them cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin.
