  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Create the Crust Mixture: In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well blended and press it into a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Whisk the Filling: Whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth. Pour the filling into the crust.
  4. Bake to Perfection: Bake the pie in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Let it cool on a wire rack.
