A refreshing and healthy twist on classic key lime pie without the oven, this yogurt bark captures the essence of summer flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, lime juice, honey, vanilla extract, and lime zest until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and optional toppings over the yogurt mixture.
  5. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until firm.
  6. Break the bark into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

Adjust sweetness by varying honey or maple syrup. Use full-fat yogurt for a creamier texture.
