A quick and delicious Korean Beef Bowl recipe featuring ground beef, soy sauce, and fresh vegetables. Perfect for busy weeknights!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup vegetables (e.g., broccoli, carrots)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat until it’s nicely browned.
  2. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
  3. Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger into the beef. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Assemble your bowls with cooked rice, topped with the beef mixture and vegetables.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes
