Quick and flavorful Korean Beef Bowls that come together in under 30 minutes, perfect for a busy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger into the skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Serve the beef over cooked rice and top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
