  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 1 cup diced kiwi
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Assemble the fruits in a large mixing bowl, combining blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, and kiwi. Gently mix them together.
  2. Whisk together the lemon juice and honey until well blended.
  3. Pour the lemon juice mixture over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
  4. Add the chopped mint leaves and mix gently.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Opt for ripe, in-season fruits for the best flavor. If you’re not a fan of honey, agave syrup or maple syrup can be great alternatives.
