Tender salmon fillets bathed in a rich garlic butter sauce, punctuated by a burst of bright lemony freshness, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the garlic in the melted butter for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Mix in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and remove from heat.
  5. Prepare a baking dish with salmon fillets and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices before serving.
