Ingredients

  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • Butter
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Lemon juice
  • Lemon zest
  • Parsley (chopped)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat until bubbly.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the skillet, stirring to sauté until fragrant.
  3. Gently add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet, cooking until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and sprinkle lemon zest to elevate the dish.
  5. Season the shrimp with salt and black pepper to taste.
