  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry the chicken thoroughly with paper towels.
  2. Whisk together minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Marinate the chicken breasts by placing them in a dish or bag and pouring the marinade over them; let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Arrange the marinated chicken on a baking sheet or dish, ensuring space between them.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until nearly cooked through.
  7. Add grated Parmesan cheese on top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until melted and golden brown.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices before serving warm.
