A refreshing salad celebrating peak summer flavors with creamy avocado, ripe tomatoes, and fresh basil.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 pound ripe cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved
  • A handful of fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (or reduction)
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions
