Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (such as penne or fusilli)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup fresh basil pesto
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (optional for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Combine the cooked pasta, cooked chicken, and pesto in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Fold in the cherry tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil before serving (optional).
