A creamy and cheesy dip that captures the essence of loaded baked potatoes, perfect for game night or gatherings.

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Bake the potatoes for about 45 minutes until tender.
  3. Create the cheesy mixture by combining the sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions.
  4. Combine the mashed potatoes with the cheese mixture, adding salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
