Delicious Low-Calorie Pizza Rolls made with just 3 ingredients for a guilt-free snack.

Ingredients

  • 5 Mission Zero Carb tortillas
  • 2.5 string cheese sticks, cut in half
  • 10 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 15 slices turkey pepperoni
  • “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter” spray
  • Oregano, to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread the Sauce: On each tortilla, spread 2 tbsp of tomato sauce.
  3. Add the Toppings: Add 3 turkey pepperoni slices and half a string cheese stick on each tortilla.
  4. Roll It Up: Roll the tortilla tightly and place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Spray and Sprinkle: Lightly spray the rolls with “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter” spray and sprinkle with oregano and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake to Crispy Perfection: Bake for 10–12 minutes until crispy and golden.
