  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or a sugar substitute (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, and honey (if using).
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
