A rich and creamy cheesecake with a buttery graham cracker crust, topped with chocolate ganache and caramel sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache (optional for topping)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, mixing well until fully coated. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat together the sugar, cream cheese, sour cream, and vanilla extract until smooth for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add heavy cream to the filling mixture and continue mixing until combined.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set with a slight jiggle in the center.
  7. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door ajar for 1 hour.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Drizzle with chocolate ganache and caramel sauce before serving.

Notes

For extra indulgence, serve with fresh berries or whipped cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
