Deliciously sweet and simple magic cookie bars made with chocolate, coconut, and graham cracker crust for a nostalgic treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a bowl and press into greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. Scatter shredded coconut and chocolate chips over the crust; add nuts if desired.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over layered mix.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  6. Cool bars at room temperature, then cut into squares or rectangles.

Notes

For an added twist, consider peanut butter or white chocolate chips. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
