Delightful layered bars with a graham cracker crust, chocolate chips, and sweetened coconut, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. Layer the chocolate chips, sweetened shredded coconut, and chopped nuts over the crust.
  4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

For a cleaner cut, chill the bars in the fridge for an hour before slicing. These bars can be frozen for up to three months.
