A vibrant and refreshing Mango Salsa bursting with sweetness and zesty lime, perfect for a variety of dishes.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice the mangoes by peeling them, slicing them off the pit, and dicing into small pieces.
  2. Chop and prepare the red bell pepper and red onion.
  3. Mince the jalapeño, adjusting quantity based on your heat preference.
  4. Combine the diced mangoes, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and chopped cilantro in a large bowl.
  5. Dress the mixture with the juice of 2 limes.
  6. Season with salt to taste and gently toss to mix.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving, if desired.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
