Delicious baked salmon fillets drizzled with a sweet and savory maple glaze, perfect for family gatherings.

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic (around 3 cloves)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it with olive oil or lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Create the maple glaze by combining the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and olive oil.
  4. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  5. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Coat the salmon with the maple glaze, reserving some for basting.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Let the salmon rest for a few minutes after removing from the oven.
  9. Serve warm with lemon wedges and garnish with chopped parsley.
