  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Toss well so that the mixture covers every piece uniformly.
  4. Spread the coated Brussels sprouts out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
