Indulgent brownies with rich chocolate flavor and a fluffy marshmallow layer that melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan to prevent sticking.
  2. Melt the butter until it’s fully liquefied.
  3. Add the sugar to the melted butter, mixing until well combined. Then, add each egg one by one, stirring well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined to keep the brownies fudgy.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  7. Pour the brownie batter into the baking pan, using a spatula to spread it evenly.
  8. Spoon the marshmallow fluff over the top and swirl it into the brownie batter.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  10. Cool completely before cutting into squares and serve.

Notes

These brownies pair beautifully with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream and can be stored in an airtight container.
