Delicious bite-sized pancakes filled with sausage and drizzled with maple syrup, perfect for breakfast or a cozy snack.

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, and egg until smooth.
  2. Fold in the Goodness: Fold in the crumbled sausage and maple syrup.
  3. Add shredded cheese (if desired) for extra flavor.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
