Quick and flavorful Mediterranean-style pita pockets filled with seasoned ground beef, fresh veggies, and creamy tzatziki.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 4 Pita bread
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tomato, diced
  • 1 Cucumber, diced
  • 1 Cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Sauté the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned (6-8 minutes).
  2. Stir in cumin and paprika, mixing well to combine.
  3. Warm the pita bread in a toaster or on a dry skillet.
  4. Slice the pitas open and stuff with the seasoned beef.
  5. Add diced tomatoes, cucumber, and lettuce into each pita.
  6. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce and sprinkle with feta cheese.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
