  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients on the counter.
  2. Prepare the vegetables by combining chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, feta, and olives in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
