Deliciously seasoned corn ribs, perfect for a light snack or appetizer, celebrating the vibrant flavors of summer.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup cotija cheese (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the corn by slicing the cobs into quarters.
  3. Mix together the olive oil, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush each corn piece with your seasoning mixture.
  5. Grill or bake the corn ribs for about 10-15 minutes, turning halfway through.
