A creamy cheesecake dessert on a buttery graham cracker crust, topped with cinnamon sugar for a delightful churro flavor.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for topping)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter and press into the pan.
  3. Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set.
  7. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon in a bowl for the topping.
  8. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the bars after baking. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  9. Slice into squares and serve.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother mixture. Press the crust firmly to prevent crumbling.
